These tracks were created for 'The People's Radio #2' and had the following restrictions :

• Theme : Wave
• 120 BPM - Your tempo must be 120 BPM. Nothing above, nothing below.
• NO AEOLIAN OR IONIAN -  You may use any mode you wish, barring the common Aeolian and Ionian.
• USE YOUR OWN SAMPLES - You must use one sample you recorded yourself in your track. This can be atmospheric, or part of the instrumentation.

spacewavebopp is (hopefully) in a phrygian mode, runs at 120BPM, and uses a sample from a family farm with a pond full of frogs. During the recording of the sample someone revved their motor on the high-way, adding a supernatural growl emphasised through some audio editing (read : destruction).

It's giving "from the void" to me, but maybe that's just recent exposure.

wizardgrenade is (possibly) in a dorian mode, also runs at 120BPM, and uses a sample from the ocean (sorry for the wind!) with some ocean birds about. This sample has also been edited (read : destroyed) with some bitcrush and warbling that adds to the mystique of just what this wizard grenade might be. Is it birds? Is it water? Is it strange tremors in the sky?
